Introduction:

Dr. Aditya Aundhakar is a Cognitive Neurologist with a deep interest in neuroscience and a particular focus on understanding how the brain works and translating advances in neuroscience into practical strategies for improving memory and cognitive health.
He has been involved in contemporary clinical trials in Alzheimer’s disease and has expertise in interpreting advanced diagnostic investigations for dementia, including cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers. His clinical and consulting work emphasizes a holistic approach to dementia care, combining early and accurate diagnosis with personalized management of cognitive, behavioral, and psychological symptoms.
A strong advocate for supporting families alongside patients, Dr. Aundhakar has a particular interest in structured caregiver support and the management of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD).
He is the founder of Mammoth Memory Care, a personalized dementia support service based in Sion, Mumbai, focused on providing comprehensive, family-centered care across the dementia journey.
