Introduction:

Dr. Ninad V. Katdare is a Senior Consultant Surgical Oncologist  with over two decades of experience in advanced cancer surgery. He specialises in abdomino-pelvic oncology, including gastrointestinal (stomach, colorectal, pancreatic, liver and appendiceal) cancers, gynecologic (ovarian, endometrial, cervical and related pelvic cancers), and peritoneal surface malignancies. Trained at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, with extensive super-specialty and fellowship training across leading European cancer centres, he is internationally recognised for advanced peritoneal cancer management through Cytoreductive Surgery (CRS) with HIPEC and is a pioneer of Pressurized Intraperitoneal Aerosol Chemotherapy (PIPAC) in India. With 750+ CRS/HIPEC procedures, he has one of the highest volumes for peritoneal cancer surgery. With a broad expertise in open, laparoscopic, and robotic cancer surgery, Dr. Katdare is known for meticulous, evidence-based care delivered within a multidisciplinary framework, aiming for durable cancer control, organ preservation whenever feasible, and long-term quality of life.
