1) Spinal Cord Stimulation
This is mainly indicated in patients with Post spinal surgery pain syndrome , Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS); peripheral vascular disease, diabetic neuropathy etc.
2) Peripheral Nerve Stimulation
Occipital nerve stimulator for severe refractory chronic migraine. We also have the expertise and experience to implant Sacral nerve stimulators for chronic pelvic pain and voiding dysfunction. This can also be used to treat chronic post surgical pain after inguinal hernia surgery or thoracotomy surgery.
3) Intrathecal Baclofen/Morphine pump implantation
This is a programmable pump which also has a handheld device for patients to self-titrate their analgesia. This has shown to improve the degree of patient satisfaction.
