On 21/12/2004, Director General of Jaslok Hospital
Col. M. Masand, while taking his Morning walk on Marine
Drives saved two children’s lives. These kids
were lying on a pool of blood following vehicular
accident due to the driver’s negligence. Col
Masand made all immediate arrangements to shift these
children for necessary treatment at Jaslok Hospial
and saved the lives of these kids coming from a poor
socio-economic background.
