Dr. (Mrs.) Shubhada cleared here M. B. B. S. and M. D. (Obst & Gyn) at the 1^st attempt in the years 1978 & 1984 respectively. Besides, the experience of residency posts (House posts & Register Posts) she was a Lecturer at K.E.M. Hospital, Parel, Mumbai for more than 3 years till December 1989 in the Obst & Gyn Department.

Dr. Shubhada then continued at K. B. Bhabha Hospital Bandra west (a 636 bedded, Tertiary Care Mumbai Muncipal General Hospital) as Assistant Honorary in the department of Obst & Gyn for a period of 8 years and then became Honorary and Head of Department of Gyn & Obst for a period of more than 15 years till 2013. It has been a long journey with a vast experience of handling some of the most complicated cases in Obst & Gyn specialty.
