Dr. Anupam is a multifaceted hospital management professional. He completed his PhD with specializing in Healthcare Administration, Masters in Business Administration, majoring in Operations and Human Resources Management and subsequently completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration continuing further with Masters in Business Administration in Health Care Services; further he is also trained in India’s one of the top premier B – school’s – INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGENEMENT - CALCUTTA" (IIM - C); he also did his Post Graduate Diploma in Medico Legal Systems. He has over 10 years of experience in various areas of the healthcare industry. He has been actively involved in planning and commissioning of Super Specialty Hospital and its satellite units and was responsible for envisaging and implementing technology initiatives. He also developed good understanding of technical, functional and legal issues relating to Hospital management. Dr. Anupam's experience spans from operations at the grass root level in Healthcare Management distribution to managing new launches, quality care and planning. His knowledge and expertise in healthcare management, coupled with his brilliant communication skills and dynamic leadership, have always put the organizations he has been associated with, to new dimensions. He has a wide range of experience in various aspects of hospital operations & administration. His biggest asset is his belief in people power of this highly people centric industry where "connect with the ground level staff" matters the most. His main focus is in integrating business processes for areas with customer interface. He is a young and dynamic team player, an effective organizer and an energetic "people" person. Coupled with his zest for wider work horizons and live wire approach to work dynamics. He has also trained the young students of Hospital Management from renowned institutes like Apollo Institute of Management Studies, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, K. C.
