Col.(Retd.) Bhim S Khemani, Executive Director was commissioned in the Regiment of Artillery, Indian Army in August 1964.  He took active part in Indo- Pak war of 1965 as well as in 1971, during which he was a pilot in the Army Aviation and participated in the decisive Battle of ‘Laungewala’ in Rajasthan Sector.  He took voluntary retirement from the Army in August 1991, at which time he was the Administrative Commandant of a Military Station in the North-Eastern Sector.


He joined Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre in September 1995 and is holding the designation of Executive Director.  He is overall in-charge of all the support services of the hospital with overlapping administrative responsibilities with the Medical Branch.
